Creative Innovation, Inc. has signed a full-building lease at Tac-Pal Logistics Center in Palmyra. As a result, one of the largest recent industrial deals in Burlington County has been completed.
The company leased the 704,000-square-foot building at 207 Route 73 South. Sansone Group developed the property with backing from Crow Holdings Capital.
The second-phase building was supported by a $102 million construction loan. Therefore, a large-scale logistics facility was delivered to the market.
The building offers 40-foot clear heights and a cross-dock configuration. As a result, it supports modern distribution and warehouse operations.
The seven-year lease began on February 12, 2026, and runs through February 11, 2033. Consequently, long-term occupancy has been secured.
Creative Innovation is believed to be affiliated with Garvee, a California-based online retailer. Meanwhile, hiring efforts have already started for warehouse positions in Palmyra.
Developers transformed the site from a former landfill into a logistics hub. As a result, the property now plays a key role in regional industrial activity.
The location provides direct access to the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge. In addition, it sits near Interstate 95, Route 130, and Route 90.
Sansone and Crow Holdings completed the first building in 2023. That property was leased to EDA Cloud and Yesway Logistics.
Ultimately, the lease highlights continued demand for large-scale industrial space across Southern New Jersey.
