Costco Wholesale has renewed its lease at LogistiCenter at Logan in Gloucester County. The agreement covers 100,134 square feet of industrial space.

The distribution facility is located at 2100 Center Square Road in Logan Township. Additionally, the property sits within the larger LogistiCenter Logan business park.

Dermody Properties owns the 365,760-square-foot warehouse building. The company originally acquired the site in 2005 and later developed the master-planned logistics campus.

The building was constructed in 2008. More recently, it underwent renovations in 2022 to support modern distribution requirements.

LogistiCenter Logan spans approximately 1,100 acres. Today, the business park contains more than 5.5 million square feet of warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution space.

The location offers direct access to Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike. As a result, the park remains attractive to regional and national logistics users.

Several major companies operate within the campus. Notably, tenants include Kimberly-Clark, Freightliner, and Amazon.

Costco continues expanding its distribution network throughout New Jersey. In addition, the retailer maintains warehouse operations in Newark and other strategic logistics markets.

The company operates more than 870 warehouse stores worldwide. Consequently, an efficient supply chain remains critical to supporting its growing retail footprint.

The renewal highlights continued demand for well-located industrial space in Southern New Jersey. Furthermore, Logan Township remains one of the region’s most active logistics corridors.
