After remaining vacant for more than two decades, the former Bradlees retail store building on the White Horse Pike in Stratford is set for review by the Stratford Joint Land Use Board on January 25th. The purpose of this review is to secure final approval for its transformation into light industrial warehouse space.

This conversion specifically involves the 119,300 sq ft former Bradlees building, while the remainder of the shopping center will remain unchanged. Notably, there will be no modifications to the existing driveway access to roadways, including the White Horse Pike, as part of this project.
